Sleep is essential for healthy glowing skin. A study in the journal Clinical and Experimental Dermatology found that people who slept seven to nine hours a night had skin that was more moisturized and that could protect and heal itself better after being exposed to ultraviolet light compared to those who slept five hours or less.

Getting enough sleep can improve skin tone, texture, as well as collagen growth. It helps reduce the formation of fine lines and wrinkles as well as reduces inflammation and the chance for breakouts, skin rashes, and skin sensitivity. 

Here are some simple steps to help you get in the GOODNIGHT GROOVE and wake up LOOKING like Aurora. 

  1. Plan on 8 hours of sleep each night. I know it can be tricky but do your best! Your skin and body will thank you!
