Tuesday Skin Care Tips - Skin Glowing Smoothie
Skin Care Tip Tuesday!
While I am all about using all-natural products to help my skin look and feel smoother, brighter, and younger I know it doesn't all come from what I do to my skin.
What makes skin glow is a combination of healthy Skin Care Habits that, when implemented daily, can create younger, brighter, healthier-looking skin.

This week I am going to share one of my go-to smoothies to help keep my skin looking healthy!
Skin Boosting Smoothie
Ingredients:
🥬 2 handfuls of spinach
🥥1 cup unsweetened coconut water
🫐1/2 cup blueberries
🍓1/2 cup strawberries
🌱 2 Tbsp ground Flax
🌿 A small chunk of fresh ginger
🥤Unflavored collagen powder
In a blender combine all of these ingredients and blend until smooth.
Each of these ingredients plays a role in improving and keeping your skin glowing.
Spinach - contains vitamins A, C, & K which work together to enhance your skin's radiance.
Coconut Water - is also loaded with skin-nourishing vitamins that will help reduce wrinkles and improve hydration and elasticity.
Blueberries & Strawberries - loaded with antioxidants berries are exceptional at helping reduce wrinkles and controlling free radicals.
Flax - is packed with Omega-3 fatty acids and lignans. Together they help reduce wrinkles, repair cells and provide antioxidants to protect against UV rays.
Ginger - is an awesome anti-inflammatory that can help soothe red, irritated skin.
Collagen - is essential for strong, vibrant, healthy skin.
